35. "I'll just ignore it"

Welcome back to another episode of the What I Wish I Knew After Pregnancy Loss Podcast. Today I am sharing with you the negative impact of ignoring or suppressing emotions. It’s so easy after a loss to try to ignore the pain and sometimes that is what we have to do in the short term, but over time it can have a negative impact on your physical and emotional health.
