May 09, 2024

Welcome back to another episode of the What I Wish I Knew After Pregnancy Loss Podcast. Today I am sharing with you the negative impact of ignoring or suppressing emotions. It’s so easy after a loss to try to ignore the pain and sometimes that is what we have to do in the short term, but over time it can have a negative impact on your physical and emotional health. It’s important to acknowledge and process your feelings. This is something that I work with others to do. If you are needing this support, please reach out. I hope that what I share today can help you on your journey after loss.Thank you for listening!
