On today’s episode of the What I Wish I Knew After Pregnancy Loss Podcast, I am sharing my personal experiences with the word “heartbeat” and how that word can be so triggering, especially after the loss of my father and my miscarriage. I talk about how I’ve been able to transform the energy and the associations tied to this word for me, from pain to positivity, through meditations and self-reflection.
