Welcome back to another episode of the What I Wish I Knew After Pregnancy Loss Podcast. Today I am sharing with you the negative impact of ignoring or suppressing emotions. It’s so easy after a loss to try to ignore the pain and sometimes that is what we have to do in the short term, but over time it can have a negative impact on your physical and emotional health. It's not just about the mind; our bodies respond in negative ways as well. Suppressed emotions can disrupt the body's energy balance and even impact your organs.  It’s important to acknowledge and process your feelings. This is something that I work with others to do.
