  • Everyone's experience is different, how can you support someone knowing this?

    I completely understand that not one woman's journey is the same. So I come to each session with an open heart and mind. So the sessions are entirely personalised to you and what you are experiencing.

  • How can you help me with my thoughts and emotions?

    I allow you space to feel what you need to feel. We then use a framework to help process your thoughts and emotions and use techniques to reframe what you are thinking or telling yourself.

  • What if I don't complete the program I have signed up for?

    You will have access to the resources we had covered up until that point but there is no refunds. This is outlined in the contract when you sign up for the package.

  • How are the sessions conducted?

    The sessions are conducted one on one, virtually through an application called Zoom. Our sessions are private and confidential and bound by the International Coaches Federation code of conduct.

  • What happens if I need more support after the package ends?

    The support doesn’t have to end when the package ends. Depending on your needs at the completion, I have multiple other packages you can choose from moving forward.

  • How can you help me? What qualifies you to help me?

    I want you to know that I understand how you are feeling on a deeper level because I have experienced miscarriage myself. And from my experience I have created a support framework with tools and resources for your healing. I have also furthered my studies through the Life Coaching Academy & International Coaches Federation. Where it has given me a sound knowledge of how I can best support you and guide you forward.
