Honouring Your Baby on Your Birthday

Here are some of my suggestions:

  1. Creating a Memory Box: Fill it with items that remind you of your baby, tangible pieces of the love you hold.

  2. Lighting a Candle: A simple yet powerful symbol of remembrance and connection.

  3. Releasing Balloons or Lanterns: A beautiful gesture of sending your love and wishes.

  4. Visiting a Special Place: A location that holds heartfelt significance can be a place of reflection and peace.

  5. Writing a Heartfelt Letter: Pour out your thoughts and emotions to your baby.

  6. Making a Positive Impact: Volunteer or donate in your baby’s honour, turning your loss into a legacy.
