The reproductive loss leaders room
Â
A professional home where reproductive loss is the core conversation — and your learning, practice and business grow into greater impact.
For doulas, midwives, counsellors, coaches, birth and fertility professionals, and women training to do this work. No clinical background needed.
A membership for aspiring or existing practitioners supporting women through pregnancy loss so you're not holding her on your own.
Bring the client you keep thinking about at 10pm to a fortnightly call with me, and leave knowing what to do next and who to refer her to. If you can't make it live, the replay is waiting for you.
I've trained practitioners who now support women in the USA, the UK, Croatia and Australia.
$69 USD, usually $89 USD per month. Cancel anytime.
Each discipline sees one part of her. In the Room, you see the whole woman.
In most professional spaces, pregnancy loss gets a slot on the agenda once a year, if that. In the Reproductive Loss Leaders Room, it's what we talk about every time we meet.
This is a room for doulas, midwives, counsellors, coaches and the women just starting out, who want somewhere to put down what they've been carrying. Come to a call when you can and catch the replay when you can't. Bring the client you keep thinking about at 10pm, or the moment you froze because you didn't know what to say.
Over time you'll find your words get steadier, you'll see where women fall through care, and you'll start to notice the gap you're the right person to fill. Mostly, you'll feel like you've come home to people who understand your work.
You already know there's more. You can already sense the gap.
After pregnancy loss, much more is happening than grief alone. It's happening in her biology, her nervous system and her body's postpartum recovery, and in her identity, her relationships and her future fertility journey, all at the same time.
Yet reproductive loss care still exists in pieces. One practitioner sees one part and another sees the next, and the woman is left carrying the spaces between them.
You've already found yourself asking:
What am I missing?
Why wasn't I taught this?
Where does my role fit?
Am I allowed to do this work without a clinical background?
Those questions mean you're already seeing what most of this field misses, and the people who ask them are the ones who end up leading it. Bring yours into the Room.
Who the Room is for
For practitioners already supporting women through reproductive loss, and for women called into this work who are building their path there. If you've ever finished a session knowing she needed more than you knew how to give, you belong in this Room.
This Room is for you if…
- You're a doula, therapist, health provider or birth and fertility professional, or you've lived through loss yourself and now feel called to support other women through it
- You can see what's missing in reproductive loss care and you want the full picture of what's happening in her body, brain and identity after loss
- You want to bring a real (de-identified) client situation to a live call and leave knowing exactly what to do next
- You want to learn alongside practitioners from other disciplines so you finally see the whole of her experience
- You want ongoing support now, with a clear next step when you're ready to specialise
It's not the right fit if…
- You're in the thick of your own grief and need personal support right now. Please be gentle with yourself in this season, and reach out so I can point you to care designed for it. If your loss has since become your calling, you're welcome here.

This work is personal. I felt the gaps in pregnancy loss care firsthand, first through the medical system and then in therapy appointments. Once I saw those gaps, I couldn't unsee them. I vowed to change that.
For six years that vow has taken me deep into the biology, neuroscience and trauma beneath pregnancy loss. It led me to create the Pregnancy Loss Recovery Method™ and the Pregnancy Loss & Trauma-Informed Specialist Certification.
The Leaders Room is the next step. Too often, pregnancy loss is one conversation brought to the table. Here, it is the core focus. And it gives practitioners somewhere to bring what they're learning as they apply it, because knowing it and practising it are two different things.
- Creator of the Pregnancy Loss Recovery Method™

What people say after learning with Sharna
Coming across this masterclass at this point in my journey has been incredibly beneficial. It has given me greater clarity and understanding as I prepare to begin supporting women in this space.
Medical doctorMoving into holistic maternal and loss support
Prior to attending, I knew I wanted to help others experiencing a loss journey. Only I had no idea what I did not know! Since this course, I have taken additional courses with Sharna and signed up for the Practitioner Program.
Aspiring practitioner3-day workshop participant
Sharna was an amazing host and extremely knowledgeable. I am looking forward to diving deeper into this work and being a loud advocate for better support for our loss mum community.
Practitioner3-day workshop participant
What resonated most was the disconnect between the mind and the body. Traditional therapy on one side and somatic practices on the other, treated as separate silos rather than an integrated approach specific to pregnancy loss.
Training participantBereaved parent and future practitioner
There are ah-ha moments where things I had been questioning finally made sense. The energy Sharna brings to her programs is not only inspiring, but calming.
Immersion participant3-day immersion
I find the neurological aspect absolutely fascinating. Therapy was very valuable, but as you say, it did not reach those deeper levels.
Training participantOn the neuroscience of loss
You don't have to hold her on your own.
Courses and certifications build your foundation. The Leaders Room keeps that learning alive in your work, with new Gap trainings, practitioners from other disciplines and live mentorship whenever a client situation stretches you.
Learning on your own
- Working through new questions by yourself
- Rarely hearing how other disciplines see the same woman
- Notes that sit in a folder once a course ends
- No one to think it through with when a client situation stretches you
The Leaders Room
- Brings practitioners from different disciplines together around the whole reproductive loss experience
- Connects the biology, neuroscience and trauma beneath loss with postpartum, identity, fertility and pregnancy after loss
- Keeps evolving, with new Gap trainings and guest professionals
- Live, real-time mentorship as you apply what you learn within your own scope
How the Room fits into your week

Bring your questions, a de-identified client situation or what you're noticing to a fortnightly live call.

Think it through with Sharna in real time and get clear on how it fits your role and scope.
Refer her on
Find trusted practitioners from other disciplines to send her to, so she isn't left carrying the gaps between you.
Catch up when you can
Miss a call? Catch the replay, and dip into the Gap Series library whenever it fits your week.
A note on confidentiality: client situations are always discussed de-identified, with respect for privacy, consent and each practitioner's professional boundaries.
You don't have to binge it. There's no finish line. Take what you need now, and come back when you're ready for what's next.
The Gap Series
Each Gap Series training takes one part of reproductive loss that most care misses, shows you what the evidence says and how it shows up in real women's lives, and tells you what to do differently in your role.
I bring together the research and the practice-based insight from years of specialist work with women after pregnancy loss.
The Missing Piece
Why grief-only frameworks miss what's happening in her body and brain after loss, and what that means for the care you give.
The Preconception Care Gap
What needs attention before she tries again, and where your role fits alongside her medical care.
The Mental Health Care Gap, including Postpartum
Recognising the mental health and postpartum needs that so often go unseen after pregnancy loss.
The Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Gap
Understanding the compounding impact of repeated loss and the trauma signs that can surface during treatment.
The Birth Trauma Care Gap
Why a bereaved mother has still given birth, the birth trauma she may be carrying, and where your role fits in the care she's missing.
What Was Missing?
Live training showing the research behind the care that's missing across the board for bereaved mothers
Childless Not By Choice
Guest presentation with Kelly Rogers
Live trainings run for around 45 minutes including Q&A, and every one is recorded and added to your library so you can watch it, or come back to it, any time.
Plus guest professionals
Kelly Rogers, Pregnancy Loss Voice Coach and Certified Peer Mentor, joins us on 23 November to talk about supporting women who become childless not by choice. More guest professionals are lined up from across the disciplines that touch reproductive loss care.

The Room is your bridge to what's next
It isn't a replacement for specialist training or 1:1 support. It helps you recognise what your next level requires.

30-Day Business Accelerator
Application onlyFor the practitioner who knows something in their business needs to move. We find the piece that creates the greatest movement and spend 30 days on it together. Not everything. The right thing.
A separate mentorship pathway, not included in membership.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a qualification to join?
No. The Room welcomes existing practitioners and health providers, as well as aspiring practitioners who are building their path into this work. What you share is a desire to understand more and contribute to better care.
What if I can't make the live calls?
Every live call is recorded and available inside the membership, so you can catch up whenever it suits you and still benefit from the conversation.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you have. There's no schedule to keep up with. Most members watch a training when it's relevant to their work and join the calls they can.
Is the mentorship 1:1?
Mentorship inside the Room happens live on the group calls, where you can bring your own questions and get guidance in real time. If you want private, focused support, members can book a 1:1 Mentorship Intensive at the member rate of $200 USD.
Will this give me a certification?
No. The Leaders Room deepens your understanding and professional judgement within your existing role and scope. It doesn't qualify you to deliver services outside that scope or to practise independently as a reproductive loss specialist. If you want specialist training and a certification, the CPD-accredited Specialist Certification is a separate, application-only program, and Room members get a priority pathway in.
Where is the community hosted?
Inside a private member platform you can access on both your computer and your phone, so your trainings, call recordings and community are always with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. There are no lock-in contracts.
Maybe that word still feels big. Maybe you're still finding your place. That's okay.
You become a leader through the questions you're willing to ask, the things you're willing to see, and what you choose to do differently because of what you now understand.
Sometimes becoming the leader starts with entering the right room.
