How to Use Your Heart-Brain Coherence Meditation

This meditation lives as both daily practice and sacred tool for specific moments. Let me illuminate the pathways available to you.

As Daily Practice: Consider this your morning attunement - a way of setting your energetic blueprint for the day ahead. When practiced consistently, you're not just regulating your nervous system; you're teaching it a new baseline. Your body begins to remember coherence as home.

Notice how, over time, the channel between your desires and their manifestation becomes clearer. Not through force, but through the gentle opening that happens when your heart and brain speak the same language.

For Specific Moments: This meditation becomes particularly potent when you feel the edges approaching:

Before pricing conversations - when your throat wants to constrict around your worth

Before visibility moments - when the urge to hide wrestles with your calling to be seen

Before difficult conversations - when you need your wisdom to flow from coherence, not reactivity

Before launching or offering - when expansion feels both exciting and terrifying

  4. Daily Forgiveness Practice - Use specific written questions/prompts (to be provided) for one month, focusing on self-forgiveness

Key Insights Discovered:

  • Voice vs. Advocacy Realization: Kelly discovered she's been giving children a voice through her work, but never reclaimed her own voice from childhood trauma
  • Safety Mechanism: The "winter hat" serves as a conscious safety tool that allows her to speak freely - this will be incorporated into healing work
  • Energy Management: Need to create boundaries between her current job (110% investment) and future business to avoid burnout
  • Root Issue: Childhood trauma created a blocked throat chakra and fear of using her authentic voice

Healing Framework:

The work focuses on reclaiming Kelly's voice as the key to unlocking her sense of worthiness and ability to show up confidently in her business. All other healing work (inner child, cord cutting, forgiveness) supports this central goal of speaking her truth without feeling like she's pushing through resistance.

Timeline:

  • Complete daily practices for one month
  • Use winter season to build safety and confidence with voice work
  • Gradually build toward summer when she typically feels more vulnerable without her "safety hat"
